Frequency and wavelength are inversely related: λ = c/f. Higher frequency means shorter wavelength. A 1 GHz Wi-Fi signal has a wavelength of about 30 cm, while a 100 MHz FM signal is about 3 m.
Angular frequency (ω = 2πf) measures rotation rate in radians per second. It simplifies many physics equations. For example, a 60 Hz power line has ω = 377 rad/s.
