Track your pregnancy progress. Enter your last period date to see gestational age in weeks and days, trimester, estimated due date, and days remaining.
Gestational age starts from the first day of the last menstrual period (LMP), not from conception. This means at conception, you are already approximately 2 weeks 'pregnant' by gestational age.
First trimester: weeks 1–12. Second trimester: weeks 13–26. Third trimester: weeks 27–40. Full term is generally 39–40 weeks, though delivery can normally occur from 37–42 weeks.
Only about 5% of babies are born on their due date. Most are born within 1–2 weeks before or after. The due date (280 days from LMP) is an estimate based on a 28-day cycle with ovulation on day 14.
